Tree service in Mill Valley

5.0 53 Google reviews

Mill Valley is redwood, Douglas fir, bay laurel and oak, usually on a slope, usually with somewhere between not much access and none. The city protects heritage trees — oak, tanbark oak, madrone and redwood — and you need a permit to remove one, to do major pruning on one, or to take out four or more non-heritage trees on a developed lot in a year. Topping a heritage tree counts as a removal, and topping for a view is not allowed at all. We would not top your tree anyway. Bring us the address and we will tell you whether what you want needs a permit before anything gets scheduled.

Reviews from Mill Valley

★★★★★

Jorge and his team worked incredibly fast and hard not to mention efficiently in our backyard. They trimmed the trees back for the safety of the neighborhood and to beautify our space. Above all, my wife and I have sunflowers and assorted plants and Jorge, Oswaldo, Alex, and Santos made certain to take care of them amidst the cutting and trimming. Highly recommend their fine work to anyone and everyone. Many thanks for reading this review and hope it helps.

★★★★★

Professional, excellent and no complaints. I highly recommend Jorge and his team. They came on time, did an amazing job. Our neighbors were also very impressed and highly complimentary as the trees being trimmed also hang over their property. The tree trimmer obviously has great love and respect for trees. He's an artist.
